To help increase whole body strength or specific body parts depending on your goals/targets. Strength training is suitable and beneficial to everybody, of any age, gender, size or level of fitness. ​ ​

 

TRX Suspension Training:

Designed to use your bodyweight to perform a full range of exercises, excellent for core strength and overall muscle strength and tone. (This is one of my favourite pieces of gym equipment) ​ ​

 

Boxing:

A really fun enjoyable way of training to help increase fitness levels and burn fat, boxing is also great stress relief after a long day at work. ​

 

​Circuit Based Training:

Short bursts of resistance and cardio working overall body. A great way to train and improve fitness as well as a full body interval workout.
