My name is Hannah and I am the proud trainer of 'Greenwood Fitness'.

 

Health and Fitness is a massive passion of mine and has been since I was young. I started learning ballet at age 4 and continued a variety of dance disciplines up until I was 17. It was then that I decided I wanted to pursue fitness as a career and start making a difference in other people's lives.

 

I joined the Fitness industry as a Group Exercise Instructor in 2009, furthering this to become a fully qualified L3 Personal Trainer in 2011. I have worked at a variety of leisure centres and health clubs over the years where I have gained a wealth of knowledge. Working with people of various ages and fitness levels, other personal trainers, experimenting with new pieces of equipment and techniques have all helped me in becoming a successful personal trainer and understanding each client's individual needs.

 

Personally I try to train around 5 times a week at the gym and running outside when possible. I am a big believer of 'preach what you teach' and I work hard to be fit not only for myself but to set a good example to my clients.

Unlike other Personal Trainers I don't just offer a service, I offer a lifestyle. I understand the importance of your health, well being and the need for you to look and more importantly feel your best.

 

I will aim to create a crystal clear vision of your journey ahead and address any obstacles or challenges you may face. You will find yourself enjoying the experience as you begin to see your shape transform week by week.
